Built the slow way, on relationships that lasted.
Framing and Shell Builders was founded by two general contractors who'd spent two decades each in Florida shell work — running crews for the same handful of luxury home builders, watching the same projects come up clean year after year, and finally deciding the work would go faster if they did it together.
Today the partnership runs three full crews delivering shells across the Tampa-Sarasota metro — Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, and Sarasota counties. Custom homes for top-tier builders. Multi-family for developers who can't afford to miss a milestone. Trusses, concrete, and masonry on every shell we touch.
What hasn't changed: the same lead carpenter on day one is on the day the trades arrive. The same name picks up the phone on day forty. The shell comes up tight and square because the people building it have done it ten thousand times before.
